I hold a PhD from the Friedrich-Alexander-Universtität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Currently, I am a researcher at the Institute for Employment Research.

My research focuses on the empirical analysis of labor market responses to shocks, the role of the firm size distribution in the labor market, labor market imperfections and institutions.
